Helping Hands Outreach is our local community initiative dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness with compassion, dignity and practical support. 

Throughout the year, our team distributes  bottled water, ready to eat snacks, hygiene items, hot food, clothing and other basic necessities to individuals living on the streets facing difficult circumstances.

During the holiday seasons, we expand our outreach by serving hot holiday meals and providing small gifts to remind each person that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten. 

These outreach efforts are about more than meeting immediate needs - they are about building trust, fostering human connection & demonstrating kindness without judgment.

As a survivor led organization, we understand that every person's story is different. 

Through Helping Hands Outreach, we strive to create moments of hope, offer compassionate support and connect individuals with additional resources whenever possible. 

Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, crisis, or vulnerability, our goal is to meet people where they are and serve our community with empathy, respect & care.
