• Listen to your needs 
• Answer your questions 
• Share available resources and support options

This conversation is confidential.

Step 3: Personalized support plan

If you are eligible for the program, we will work with you to create a support plan tailored to your situation. This may include connections to resources, advocacy and ongoing support out with our program

Many survivors don’t identify their experiences as trafficking or exploitation at first and that’s okay. 

If someone has used force, fraud, or coercion to control you, your labor, your movement, or your body, you may be experiencing exploitation.

You might relate to this if:

• Someone controls your money, identification, housing, or communication
• You feel pressured, threatened, or manipulated to do things you don’t want to do
• You are afraid to leave because of fear, debt, shame, or harm to yourself or others
• Someone else benefits financially or materially from your work or actions

You do not need to have all the answers to reach out. 

If something doesn’t feel right, that’s enough.
